Cottage Pride has been producing speciality preserves in County Armagh for over 20 years. The inspiration came from, Thomas Lonsdale Brownlee whose advice was to make jams free of any preservatives or additives.
Ditty's Home Bakery
The aroma of freshly baked breads, bakers whites and trays of wee buns characterise the day to day activity in the bakery. The bakers start work at 3am to produce the soda farls, potato and wheaten breads that are later that morning sold in local stores.
Fosters Traditional Foods
Fosters Traditional Foods is a leading supplier of speciality foods to the UK independent retail sector. The company began over 30 years ago, when it sold quality bakery products from a single van and has grown to be an expert in quality ambient products delivered to customers nationwide.
Johnsons Coffee
When the Johnson family began roasting coffee in the early 1900's, neither the mechanical blender, the liquid cooled roaster, nor the foil-sealed packaging machine which ensure total freshness for ground coffee, had been invented!
McGreevy's Butchers
McGreevy’s is a traditional butcher’s shop in Downpatrick that prides itself on its fine, local produce and superb, friendly service. Owned by Richard McGreevy, the shop opened in December 1997 and has since gone from strength to strength. All produce is sourced from local farms within the lecale area of County Down.
